1. Overview

This overview explains in short what happens to your personal data when you visit padahome.com. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. Details follow in the sections below.

Who is responsible? The data on this website is processed by the operator of the website. Its contact details are in the section “Controller”.

How do we collect your data? Some data you give us yourself – for example everything you type into our contact form. Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the site, mainly technical information such as browser, operating system and time of access.

What do we use it for? Part of the data is needed to provide the website without errors. Data from the contact form is used solely to process your enquiry. We do not use tracking or web analytics on this website, and we do not use your data for advertising.

What are your rights? You may at any time and free of charge request information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You may also request that it be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent you have given, request that processing be restricted, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Contact us at any time with questions on this.

2. Hosting

We host this website with ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Details: all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen.

The use of this provider is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in a reliable presentation of our website.

3. Controller

Pacarada Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG
Benzstraße 10
65779 Kelkheim (Taunus)
Germany
Phone: +49 (0) 6195 6774-0
E-mail: via our contact form

The controller is the natural person or legal entity that alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.

4. Storage period

Unless a more specific period is stated below, your personal data stays with us until the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies. If you make a justified request for deletion or withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for keeping it, such as retention periods under tax or commercial law; in that case deletion follows once those reasons cease to apply.

5. Legal basis

Where you have given consent, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where your data is needed to perform a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract, we process it on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, the basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Beyond that, processing may be based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The relevant basis for each case is named in the sections below.

6. Your rights

Withdrawal of consent. Many processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may withdraw consent already given at any time. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal is not affected.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). If data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. This also applies to profiling based on those provisions. If you object, we will no longer process the personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Right to lodge a complaint. In the event of breaches of the GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged breach.

Right to data portability. You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. Direct transfer to another controller takes place only where technically feasible.

Information, rectification and erasure. Within the scope of the applicable law you have the right at any time to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing, and where applicable a right to rectification or erasure.

Restriction of processing. You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data – if you dispute the accuracy of your data, while we verify it; if the processing was unlawful and you prefer restriction to erasure; if we no longer need the data but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims; or if you have objected under Art. 21(1) GDPR and the weighing of interests has not yet been concluded. Restricted data may – apart from being stored – only be processed with your consent, to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, to protect the rights of another person or entity, or for reasons of important public interest.

7. SSL / TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can tell an encrypted connection by the address bar switching from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or web analytics, and therefore has no cookie banner.

One technically necessary session cookie (PHPSESSID) is set only when you open the contact page. It secures the form against automated abuse and is deleted when you close your browser. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TTDSG – no consent is required for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested.

9. Server log files

The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This is: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of our website. Log files are deleted after a short period.

10. Contact form

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, the data you enter (name, e-mail address, telephone number if given, subject and your message) will be stored by us in order to process the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the basis is our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where this was requested; consent may be withdrawn at any time.

The data you enter remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies – for instance once your enquiry has been dealt with. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.

To protect the form against automated abuse we use a hidden field, a session token and a simple arithmetic question. No data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

11. Enquiries by telephone

If you contact us by telephone, your enquiry including all resulting personal data will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your request. The legal basis is the same as for the contact form.

12. Web fonts

The typefaces used on this website are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service is established, and no data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

13. Videos

Videos shown on project pages are hosted on our own server. No data is transmitted to third parties such as YouTube or Vimeo when you play them.
