As a renowned project development and investment group we realise pioneering construction projects and sustainable investments in order to actively shape the future of building. We deliver even the most complex projects ourselves and create highly efficient buildings with foresight.

Our portfolio comprises new builds, commercial buildings and the revitalisation of existing properties. Increasingly we rely on the modular system of Pacarada Modular Building Systems, which lets projects be delivered efficiently, flexibly and sustainably.

With our projects we want to create value that benefits present and future generations alike. That is why we build energy-efficiently and choose materials responsibly, to minimise the CO₂ footprint of our buildings across their entire life cycle.

How we build

Life cycle of the buildings

We look at a building across its entire life cycle. Planning, construction, operation and dismantling are thought through together from the outset. The result is buildings that stay efficient to run over the long term and can be adapted as requirements change.

Existing structures before demolition

A large part of our portfolio consists of core renovations of listed buildings and villas, and the conversion of existing structures. What can be kept is kept: this saves the embodied energy that a new building would have to spend all over again, and it preserves streetscapes that have grown over time.

Materials and energy

Energy-efficient construction and CO₂-conscious material choices belong to the design for us, not to a later retrofit. Where it is workable we align with DGNB and QNG standards and carry those requirements from the first drawings through to completion.

Modular construction

Increasingly we build with the modular system of Pacarada Modular Building Systems. The modules are made in the factory under controlled conditions, which allows buildings to be completed in months rather than years, sharply reduces traffic and noise on site, and makes it possible to dismantle rather than demolish at the end of a building’s use.
